Superbeat XONiC heads to Nintendo Switch

image.png

After getting a console port to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One earlier this year, the rhythm game made by ex-DJMax staff will be making its way to Nintendo Switch. Revealed via an ESRB leak, a Nintendo Switch port of the game was uncovered early before the company could issue an official announcement. Going off what the document shows, it seems SEGA will be physically distributing copies of the game, when it launches on October 3rd. (Retailing for $39.99) The Switch version will also feature optimized touch controls, customized for the tablet, compared to the original's Vita touchscreen controls.

Eehhh, looked at gameplay (since I've never seen or heard about this game) and it just looks like osu but shit. The only reason people care about this game is because of it's anime aesthetic, heck that's probably why it's on the front page.
Is that means excluding upcoming 1st party Mario and Co., switch will only get weeb games??

It's on the front page because it's a port of a popular game by the DJMax devs.

If this looks like "osu but shit", I take it you haven't really played any rhythm games other than osu? Because besides being a rhythm game, it plays nothing like osu at all, unless you use the inferior and optional touch screen controls.

This comment is awful and poorly thought out. As explained by others. Everybody ignore this user; their posts aren't worth reading.
