I'm wondering how to convert my Laptop's MPCIE slot into a 16 lane PCIE slot so I can use an Nvidia GPU with it. I"m in the process of converting my Laptop into a desktop, you see. I'm already set up with a core i7 and 8GB of RAM, and I'm getting a USB hub to expand on my available USB ports as well. but yeah, if anyone has a link to an adapter of sort, that'd be great. thanks.

From what I can see, it seems the max speed is 1x for mpcie, so you will be extremely bottlenecked, if it was 8x then it would be fine but 1x isnt worth it
if you have thunderbolt 3 ports on the laptop then you can get one of those external enclosures
