Yes, though they'll need manual patches in the ROM for it to avoid the AP measures.

Probably not. It's better to just patch the ROMs manually than adding patches in bootstrap, due to the patches being unique for every game.

What kind of patch would do it? (The non-unique base of the patche)

Flash carts typically handle it within the flash cart firmware itself. Some of the older ones required AP patches for some of the later games, after firmware updates stopped popping up for them.

They are currently working on dsi stuff, but new bootstrap's stuff will going into async's branch.

Hmmm, I can't for the life of me get anything to work. I'll either get stuck on the white screen for a while, or go to a blank black screen for a while too.

Is your SD card formatted to FAT32 with 32kb cluster/allocation size?
