i remember seing people talking that card uses a custom version of wood... but that's what i know all about it...Okay first of all YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST! I was looking for that file since so many days now
But unfortunately not even that new version solved my problem. I simply cannot run any wood version past 1.54 because for some unknown reason it always stucks while loading the game. I tried every version from 1.55 to 1.64 but i always get the same problem... 1.54 instead works great. Do you have any idea of why this things happens? I'm using a real r4ids.cn card, wich should be officially supported by wood software

It may actually be a limitation to the older R4i Gold builds, because even the old R4 doesn't have RTS. Since later builds of Wood R4 on the Gold cart added both the 3DS exploit and RTS, they most likely had newer hardware to allow those features to work.
So it is booting into the Wood R4 menu though, right?But then it should works if i disable rts...
Just tried your version, rts disabled, still freeze while loading game
Sure it does boot correctly, but when i try to start any game it freezes on loading screen on the touch display... and this happens with any wood version past 1.54
Would you mind running some test? I was able to scratch up 1.54 to the latest and add them to my mega. I feel like there has to be a cause to this in at least one of the builds.
The "__rpg" folder doesn't change anything as the entire kernel itself is stored in the "_DS_MENU.DAT." Also try downloading the .nds file from this thread
I've yet to run into a time bomb, but which of my suggestions have you tired thus far? Because I've basically used all the of the basic troubleshooting methods. If it doesn't work with 1.62, then your cart is the issue and you most likely just need to buy a new one instead.
