He is in Austrailia, they get screwed. Isn't 2Gb the largest it will recognize? For grins I checked Amazon and saw a 2GB for less than $5 with Prime.
I think you need a card to take screen shots in Smash IIRC.
Anyway, if the goal is to just plug it up some black electrical tape would be sufficient and you can even get it in white. Although I would suggest one of those little black roach motels for WiiCube.
electrical tape might do the trick.
I think that wii u recognizes higher than 2GB, it's that some of the homebrew stuff like smash stack can't use a SDHC card or maybe it is only compatible with certain SDHC cards nad not others.
