Ok, now I'm getting "61070: Communication error. You have been disconnected from Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection. Please try again. For help, visit support.nintendo.com." When searching this error code i get this website: http://www.nintendo.com/consumer/wfc/en_na/ds/results.jsp?error_code=61070&system=Wii . How do i just connect to the DLC store?
Ok, I still get the same error on a different wifi. Clicking connect to Nintendo Wi-Fi just connects for store access correct?

I'm not 100% sure you can still buy tracks for GHWT but I redownloaded the ones I owned about 3 weeks ago when I rebuild my emulated NAND. Everything they sold as DLC is still on the Nintendo servers. It just requires a valid ticket and your Wii's certificates. Sorry I can't tell you more. :/

Thank you so much for everything you have said. Is it the website that prohibits this kind of talk? I'm willing to talk about it elsewhere. I'm just still very lost as to why people haven't made a homebrew app to do such a thing.

NUS Downloader can download any DLC. You just need the ticket and title ID and the certificate from your NAND dump. Start the download, then stop it and make a file called "cetk" containing the ticket file's bytes immediately followed by the cert file's bytes and put it in the title folder NUS made. Then rerun the download.

Ok, so I was able to snag the last 2 bytes for the title id from the one dlc song i already had in a folder, but any leads as to where to get a ticket and cert? Also where is this NAND dump?

You can make a dump of your NAND with WiiFlow or USB Loader GX (maybe CFG, too.)

The ticket file will be "/ticket/00010005/73584545.tik" for NTSC-US (the title ID for GHWT DLC is "sXEE".)
The certificate file for your Wii (they may be all the same) is "/sys/cert.sys"

What file extension should the cetk file be? How do i get the bytes from both the ticket and cert files? I was also able to just use wiiexplorer to copy and paste just these two files to my sd card fyi.
Sorry I'm really stupid, but I saw this on the ticket page of WiiBrew, and i have no idea how to do this/what to use.

Okay, side note. I have gotten all the dlc to work on my PC copy of the game. Only issue I have now is that I'd like to use my Wii guitar on my PC. I have accomplished this by using GlovePie and my windows PC's Bluetooth to link the Wiimote. I rebound the keys in GlovePie, but i would like to play multiplayer on my PC version as well. I would like to just use my world tour drums from my Wii. Issues I have are as follows. I have no idea what the button to let player 2 connect is. When I connect the Wiimote, only then can I actually hit quick play and select band. Without it connected, the game assumes one player I think. I've looked into some virtual Xbox controllers to see if the PC version will recognize them as it can recognize my Xbox 360 controller. The issue with that is that the Xbox controller can't actually join game play. When i use the Xbox controller to select single player, it shows up as if I'm using it for vocals, which i obviously don't want. If there is either a way I can get my Wiimotes with instruments to be recognized by the game, have the game recognize 2 players through the use of GlovePie, or let the game recognize a virtual Xbox controller that I could remap in GlovePie with my second wiimote. Anything that works is fine, I just want to avoid purchasing additional peripherals and use the equipment I already have. If anyone has anything that they think will work or know that works, please share. Thanks so much for reading all this :yay:

The cetk file shouldn't have an extension. You can use a hex editor to paste the ticket and cert files together or just use the COPY command to do it. ("copy <ticketfilename> /B + <certfillename> /B cetk"

I'm not really familiar with Dolphin that much. I only use it to test loader builds before I test them on my real Wii.

Ok, current error in nus downloader:
Starting NUS Download. Please be patient!
Downloading Title 0001000573584545 v4.3U...
[=] Storing WAD...
[=] Storing Encrypted Content...
- Downloading TMD...
+ Downloading TMD Failed...
Download failed: "Downloading TMD Failed:
The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized. ):"
NUS Download Finished.

To confirm, cetk goes in the 0001000573584545 folder? or the titles folder? I assume the 0001000573584545 folder, but just to make sure.

Yes, that's where it should go. The server might be down temporarily.

"00010005" is the mask for DLC content on the NAND. The title ID for DLC is the same as the game's ID except the first letter is lower-case.

Is there anywhere I can go to to check if the server is up? It'd given me the same error all day.
I think it may have been the wii version number. I had it set to 4.3U, but i changed it to 32 and it seemed to download. Just not sure if this will work as my wii is verion 4.3U
