Going to ask a general question: Is there any pros switching the Luma3DS to ReiNAND? Im tempted but, what are, if anything the differences aside from it?
It depends on what you are looking for in the terms of "pros." ReiNAND is extremely lean and lacks a lot of what you will find in Luma3DS. It lacks reboot patches for the old3DS and TWL/AGB patches for both old3DS and New3DS. It also lacks tons of other features fun in Luma3DS. So it's extremely barebones when it comes to CFWs. With that said, some view that is good thing. ReiNAND was made to be expanded upon and made for the user to just have the basics of a CFW.
So if those sound appealing to you, then it's pro. If those don't, then they are cons.

The only cons I can see are lack of reboot patches for O3DS.. thanks for explaining tho, does it possible use a chainloader to load such things GM9?

ReiNAND does not have a chainloader. You can however chainload into ReiNAND without hassle.
I am currently running ReiNAND chainloaded off a private CFW.

Hey, for those who are having issues with ReiNand on their Ex-Emunand SDs try this. Its a bigger firm file than the normal because of some of the stuff I disabled, but hey, it boots. No Emunand support on this firm, so do not use this if you use an emunand.

Since ReiNand is so lean and doesn't use a chainloader or have Rosalina it is essentially a silent CFW? I would like a CFW that can be hidden like the old stealth versions of A9LH.

I'm really excited about ReiNand. I remember back when @Reisyukaku updated ReiNand and it was the first to support updated emuNAND (Cakes added it pretty quick too). I don't really play GBA/DSiWare titles alot on my 3DS but if support is added for it in the future the dream from my signature will have been fulfilled. Always great to see a post from @CrimsonMaple and @Reisyukaku.

Thanks for that. I was using a self-made firmtool conversion, but it's nice to have something that works with the other chain loaders. Not that it allows me to eliminate BootCTR9 from their configurations. CBM9 and Luma both need it for Gateway and Puma. Luma also needs it for Cakes (it crashes if Cakes tries to decrypt firmware, though it loads fine if the firmware is already decrypted).

I'll check out your SysNAND build as well. I always liked having a SysNAND copy as a separate payload. Though I may not be using SysNAND much going forward. I just don't feel it's safe, because of what 11.3+ does. NATIVE_FIRM checks your FIRM partitions and tries to "fix" them every boot. The "fix" is not a threat. But the CHECK is. You can delete all the homebrew CIAs you want, but you're still getting banned if what Nintendo's actually using are your FIRM hashes (which seems far more likely -- modified FIRMs are the one thing every A9LH and B9S user is guaranteed to have). The write errors could also be throwing up a red flag. Even if the current versions are not phoning home, it's probably just a matter of time.
