i think no. only europe is for version 1.1 at the moment
But I can also be wrong. The us plugin was only made. So it can be that it is ONLY with 1.1.

The plugin download is given an incorrect Title ID. The correct one for EUR is 0004000000171500 (Pokemon Yellow Edition)
Edit: Okay, tested a short time. Even if you use the correct name, it works only half. For example, the maximum item code in slot 1 is not at all.

The U.S. version of the Ever Oasis plugin works well for me. So for those who are wondering if it works, I can tell you it most certainly does and to go for it.
But what I want to know is: Is it alright to have 98 of slabs? Because unfortunately the item codes affect that too.
I also wish we had some of the codes that the other plugin has like the EXP for leveling up fast, max stats and etc.

What's your EO Region? Maybe you put the wrong title id for your EO?
EDIT: Also, did you installed the EO ver. 1.1 or nah?
