they are tools to be able to create a cia (icon, banner, etc ...) and I want to know how it is done to execute it and that the .cia is created

What do you want to do to get a CIA out of?
As in what project?
To get the CIA and I want to do it with https://github.com/Steveice10/buildtools/tree/78acb42849b6d8316a2a9de52c4cc41b784d4508
And the project are in C++
Is it a homebrew project? And which one? If so, you may just need to type "make cia" in the project folder. If that doesn't work, you'll have to edit the makefile. Either there is a part in the makefile that you can edit to enable cia building or you can copy the cia part of the makefile from any homebrew project that has it in the makefile.
if it's a homebrew project, but where do I put the "make cia"? in the cmd? in python? how i can execute the progam?

I finally modeled and 3d printed the new HDD cages I need in order to build my 2nd NAS. Original ones don't fit the mounting holes on the hdds I'm using. Been sitting on this project for over 2 years smfh

Also another 70TB going in the front mount drive bays of this server. 182tb raw, going to probably use a zfs RAID-Z3 for 3 parity disks, so 140TB usable

I could claw back 14tb by only doing 2 parity disks but I feel like with 13 disks in the RAID I'd be kind of pushing my luck on rebuild time if I encounter a disk failure
