Has anyone successfully injected the fan translated Fire Emblem Thracia 776? No matter what I do I can't seem to make it work right. But that iso site seems to have it so it must be possible somehow.

So this works perfectly fine with Kirby's Dream Land 3 and Super FX games?

It'll play them, yes, but the current emulators used by this program may or may not cause issues, depending on the game. For instance, Kirby's Dream Land 3 plays really well, but water isn't drawn correctly and is opaque, rendering underwater segments practically unplayable. The hope is that OP will eventually have the time to add SNES9x to this, and that it'll boost compatibility.

Has anyone completed Super Mario RPG (the actual game) in here using this method (PocketSNES)?

See, My PS3 and Wii U can play it perfectly however I'd rather play it in portable mode

Using this method I get some graphical glitches right at the beginning of the game so I'm wondering if I should wait until OP includes a better SNES9x support (the SNES9x which is currently supported simply doesnt run this game properly) or if PocketSNES only has those graphical glitches which are not too bad amd hence just play the game. I wouldnt want to progress a lot and then find that the game becomes unplayable

It's really nice initiative, because of multitude config options, but all the SNES emulators in the bundle tested by me had noticable slowdowns on my n3ds and sound errors such as cracks, with used game.
The game I've tested is custom patched JP DQ I-II for snes (added translation to it).
I used initially this option because it wasn't booting on normal VC. Normally it only worked on the: pocketsnes, catsfcs plus, as the game wasnt working on VC it didn't work on the "Snes9x Next" either.

Later I found a way to run this custom patched rom on the VC - all I had to do was to remove HEADER, because patching the rom required to add to it "header". So it runs now perfectly on the VC.
After all i also tested it without header again in the Snes9x injection and it worked, but same as other emulators: slowdowns, cracks. so yeah, the VC is the most stable option for retro games by now.
Tested all of them with enabled/disabled rewind feature, so its recommended to disable it, imo. The best one for me was: PocketSnes.

I like how you can change display of bottom screen. I even made a custom one, but on the 3ds it displays whole screen highlighted in BLUE color.

When we are at it, one suggestion, it's possible to implement in the future releases, custom top screen borders/frame for the black bars (just like the ones in the super game boy) in the modes that don't stretch to the full screen?

Hey guys, every time I try to save a state with this, the application crashes. It's done this with every ROM I've tried so far. Any reason as to why this is happening, and is there any way to fix it? I've played Star Ocean and Seiken Densetsu 3 (which runs like balls on everything, injector or emulator or whatnot...not sure why this game isn't working on anything).

It does BUT without the same interface and looking; it does by RetroArch savestates function.
Ah, alright. Also, one last question: is it because of certain ROMs or is it just how the 3DS handles them? I've played Donkey Kong Country 3 for the SNES and the water is crystal clear, but when I play Kirby's Dream Land 3 the water was solid (couldn't see through it).

It's because of how the emulator handles the ROM.

This is nothing to do with the 3DS or virtual console, this app is entirely homebrew.
