Nope, sighax and ntrboothax/magnethax have been confirmed to work.
WHERE????!!!!!!!!!!!

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

The current titles of 11.4 have already been poked through and there's no evidence of any new2ds specific aspects.
CFG_GetSystemModel() doesn't have a value for the system, for instance.

It could be Nintendo just decided to make a stealth, new2ds-only update of 11.4.0-37, weird as it may be.
The only New2DS aspects would be the settings (Saying games can only be displayed in 2D, like the O2DS) but not really.

Yes I believe some one on 3dshacks IRC confirmed n2DSXL still has the sighax vulnerable boot9. So yes, once the magnethax thing comes out you can just as easily install CFW to it.

I also read there that Nintendo probably knew about it since 1.0 FW on o3DS because older factory firm had the sighax vuln while they fixed it in the first retail firm. They didn't fix it because the bootrom is stored on the SoC in such a way that they would need to spend millions changing over to a new SoC print for the CPUs used on the 3DS. They had a chance to fix it on original release of n3DS, but they didn't....I guess they didn't believe it would be discovered or used for anything. :P

I'll just use DSiWare most likely.
