I upgraded from a 32gb sd card to a 64gb sd card and now I can't get freeshop to work. I tried uninstalling it and now can't get it to reinstall. Anyone have any clues as to what could be the problem?

I'd suggest you also try deleting the freeshop data folder (after uninstalling first)

SD:/3ds/data/freeshop

Then do a fresh install and reconfigure it. Hopefully it will work.

I did that and it still will not let me install freeshop. I have tried the Cia and qr code and all I get is an error.

Can you give more details? what hack is present on your console ( A9, Boot9, Menu Hax ...) and your firmware.
Are you using emuNAND or sysNAND?
That might help figuring out whats wrong.

I did that. When I try to install freeshop with the Cia fbi does not see it as a Cia and when I use the qr code sometimes it will in stall but give me an exception error.

You also have to set a cluster size of 32kb so format FAT32 with cluster size 32. Boom itll work ive done it plenty of times

Did what you said and I got freeshop to install but it gives me a "An exception error occured" Processor: ARM11 (core 0) Exception type: data abort Current Process: freeshop (000400000F12EE00).

Check if your card is a legit card/working card. I had a friend whom I installed a9lh on his machine and some cias would fail and some would not and it was a dying/fake sd card. It kept throwing up errors like that - "an exception has occurred".
