I assume you have a PS4 if you're using a DS4, does it work fine there?
I only bought the controller, i don't have a ps4.

If not, keep in mind that it might not just be your BT adapter on your laptop, it's possible there's heavy interference happening somewhere wherever you're gaming. Take your laptop elsewhere, like a bathroom or something more isolated, and see if you still have the same problem.
When i sit where i want to sit, InputMapper start crying for god's sake that the latency is high, When i come closer the messages disappear, i get farther, the same problem, i turn off the wifi/internet connection so that if anything interferes it's gotta be something wireless, but same latency problems.

Thanks.

And why are you even using InputMapper?
Steam has native support for DS4 but if you're not playing Steam games you can just use DS4Windows which works wonders.

Inputmapper is a fork of DS4Windows, and i don't play steam games, can't buy games from where i live.

Regardless I've also connected my DS4 to my laptop through my laptop's internal bluetooth and used DS4Windows to play Super Smash Bros Brawl on Dolphin on my TV and there was no input lag what-so-ever.
Heck, even the DS3 didn't had input lag.
Either its your bluetooth adapter or, like Tom said, you have something causing interference with the bluetooth signal (smartphone, bluetooth headphones, etc)
