I'm curious as to what tools you're using to unpack/repack the .arc files.
Is it possible for you to share the tools? And also, do they work for Dual Destinies?
It would be greatly appreciated.

We use Turnabout Tools, the same tools DGS used to unpack and repack the .arc files.

Alright, would you care to help with a problem that I am currently facing? I am trying to remove textboxes from the game (in UI_cmn_eng.arc) and pretty much replace all the .mod files in the courtroom with the smallest object so the court will appear as black. However, using the tools that you gave, the game will not properly load when the repacked .arc files are put in using layeredfs method. It works wonderfully for DGS, but not for DD.

The tools worked perfectly for us, and SoJ have the save structure that DD, I don't know why it didn't worked for you.

Dual Destinies uses an older version of the ARC format. It will crash if you use the newer format used by DGS onwards...

Use the tool I attached - you can just drag an archive on it and when you're done, drag the uncompressed folder on it to re-pack it. It auto-detects DD archives, but only if you've unpacked it with this tool...
