Because they're not as good as mGBA?
What are you talking about? mGBA is terrible. Even at N3DS, it struggles to achieve fullspeed.

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Any chance that emulation will improve in the future because of b9s?

Things I want to get improved:
gpsp and gambatte not crashing anymore
save and load states become faster
and better psx emulation.

@JasonPK92 I have had crashes on every version of gpsp even the nightlys which half the time is completely broken.

Same thing has happened for me, it doesn't seem like there's any "best" version of gpSP. If it doesn't freeze and crash 5 seconds after loading a ROM, which it does 3/4 of the time, a crash will eventually get you no matter what. The longest I've gone without a crash is maybe 1.5 to 2 hours, tops.

Hey guys, I have a (hopefully) dumb question about PCSX Rearmed. I can't get the analog stick to work in any of the games I play. I can only move with the d-pad. For example, I can't play Legend of Mana with the stick, only the d-pad. If I go into the Core Input Settings, it doesn't let me choose the analogue stick as a remap for the d-pad either. Any idea what's going on?

Have you tried the Analog to Digital option in the input settings?

But does it crash? No.

I figured it out :P There was an option in Core Input Settings to enable the stick... for some reason it defaults to Off.

I have another question though, about retroarch in general I guess. Each game I play needs its own custom settings to run efficiently. However, it seems that every time I make these changes, it transfer to ALL retroarch emulators, and I keep having to reconfigure my games. Is there any way I can make the settings customized for each game I'm playing, instead of having to reconfig each time?

Anyone get KH Chains of memories to run? it either freezes at the opening scene or is really slow with artifacts.

Make sure retroarch is actually pointing to the system folder to see the bios

Hi I'm new into this of Retroarch, I searched yesterday in the wiki but did't find what I was looking for...

Where I have to put the "Retroarch" folder and the folders inside (cores, database etc)?

Thanks in advance

BTW, my FW is 9.2 (o3ds), with a9lh and luma.

Thx, looks like I installed it successfully :D

Now I have another problem, I installed the gpsp cia (which is supposed to run gba games), doesn't allow me to load the game, and sends me to home, what I have to do to make it work? xD

Oh wait, the bios file ¬¬' haha
Where I have to put it? It says it's missing...

all bios files go into retroarch/cores/system

though i'm pretty sure gpsp doesnt really need a bios. it does love to crash though.

i've got a question too, does anyone know what i have to do to play a game in fmsx?
how do i map keyboard keys to the buttons?

if you have 9.2 FW and a9lh and luma, you should be able to update to latest FW...
Also, just put the whole "retroarch" folder on the root of your SD. if you need more help installing, just ask.

EDIT: ninja'd

Thanks for the help, gpsp now works properly :D
One more question, I installed the psx cia, and also put a bios (scph5001, ntsc), but everytime I try to run a game crashes and my 3ds reboots, what I'm doing wrong? :)
