I have this card: http://m.imgur.com/1CNn89Y but instead of RTS it says V5.0
I downloaded the latest kernel from the website but all I get is a fake card message. Can someone link me to the necessary files in order for it to work with my 3DS and TWLoader?

Can we get like 5 mirrors up in the OP for posterity sake (when someone sees this 10 years from now?), mega, mediafire have been up for a while and are big enough not to close down. Id be happy to upload a few mirrors but I cant even download the original link the page times out.

i have r4i gold 2016 from this website http://www.r4isdhc.com/2014-r4isdhc-gold-pro/
somebody said it had a timebomb. is there a file i can download to keep it working when the timebomb goes off?

note: mine is the 2016 they dont have a link to that one so i linked 2017

Ok ok first you have two options

1. YSMENU
Pro: it works with almost all roms
Con: Its ugly

2. Different kernel
Such as romachines kernel or others

Try this romachine kernel unzip to root of microsd

Hi guys, I just dusted off an old R4 card for my NDS-L.

However, as expected since I am writing to this thread, I don't seem to be able to load any firmware, the DS just freezes with 'Loading' on the screen without any additional text.

So far I have tried the following firmwares, all resulting in the same screen:
- Original R4 v1.18
- Original R4 v1.09
- R4-team v1.19
- R4top v2.05
- DSTT v1.18
- R4i [2016]
- R4SDHC
- R4i
- Several others which I tried before taking notes

Here some pictures of the R4 card, however, they are not really helpful at all:

As far as I can remember, the flashcard came in a box similar to the ones on http://r4ds.com/ and I cannot remember from which site the card has been purchased since it was many years ago.

Any help is appreciated!

Hi there! I have an r4i sdhc v2.0 DS happybox and it works on my ds and my 3ds detects it but when I launch it I get a white screen could it be the upgrade firmware? If so could someone help me find the newest? My 3ds is running boot9strap luma3ds 7.1 sys 11.4

You can use the auto start buttons on the 3DS in order to boot the game directly.

I haven't received it yet but now I read all about those fake cards and I'm panicking a lil bit. :/

if it is fake I must report the user so no one else is buying from him and get ripped!!

Idk if it is fake but sorry to hear a/b your experience. I would recommend trying out realhotstuff.hk where I bought an Acekard 2i for my DS lite from there back in Dec 2012 for $15.80 USD but I don't think they no longer exist

They're not around anymore. They stopped selling flashcarts a couple years ago.
