I just added a note to the OP because I am guessing people didn't understand what I meant by "within the past 24 hours."
But will post here as well.
Edit: If you voted yes, please add the last time you checked your 3DS before finding out it was banned. If you hadn't touched your 3DS before Friday, please don't vote. I need people who have been actually online since Friday to vote

Two systems (O3ds & N3dsXL), neither have been banned. Been checking extremely regularly since the banwave began.
N3ds: A9LH until day one B9S install last weekend. O3ds: literally just finished upgrading to B9S (was my original RXTools emunand system, later upgraded to ReiNand, never got around to putting A9LH on it). Both reported some online data back. Both had used either FreeShop or CIAAngel. Both had been used to play online. Some 'save data manipulation' on the O3ds, but not on the N3ds.
Cthulhu'd activity logs on both, and locked down data sharing/reporting. Still got wi-fi active.

So I set in a request to change the title of the thread. I am looking for people who weren't banned on Friday and been actively checking since Friday to vote. I am not looking for people who haven't touched their systems before Friday to vote. I am basically trying to find out if the banwave went past Friday or not.

No,I'm pretty Shure I was playing online on wensday not too long after,when I checked gbatemp and found the old 002 thread made during the sun/moon banwave go up,which was like a hour later when I turned my 3ds off.Once I saw that thread go up and people start reporting the ban I checked my 3ds the same day I was online and I was banned

Nope I'm still not banned. I'm using Luma + BS9 with plenty of pirated games including fan translations and undubs, about four out of region games, some homebrew apps like Freeshop and FBI. Though I noted none of the homebrew stuff is in my activity log as I don't use it for prolonged periods of time, maybe Nintendo is checking the activity log for homebrew?

I've still not been banned Luma+B9S (been checking since Friday), however judging by my last spotpass notifs and recalling my little episode; I got really paranoid back in April of last year and switched all of my spotpass and sharing settings off in settings and in apps/games. If ye ol' Ninty wasn't making their list back then, I might be in the clear.

Looking at early results, it looks like the banwave may have just been last week and the current bans are just people who've already been banned and just noticed when they checked their systems.

Honestly i don't even no... My main New 3DS XL system that i use i've checked for a ban everyday since they started and still no ban and ive been doing everything that people say could get you banned just so i can see if i will get banned and still nothing. even having say homebrew launcher as my fav title and using freeshop and more but alas nothing has come of it. but just yesterday i updated one of my other 3DS XL systems that i know for a fact wasn't banned to B9S and the moment i finished and it connected back online after the b9s setup it was banned so eh :/

All my three 3DSes were on also around that hour since 9 pm thinking about installing Boot9Strap. They were on the Friend List, the Miis chilling out jumping at the same time.
Anyways, that hour specifically, I obviously turned off the Wireless Communications of the 3, but I noticed back that my 2 spare 3DSes were not banned at all... also my New 3DS, but I was so scared that I left my New 3DS off until the next day around 10 am, with fingers crossed, I found that I got banned.

All my 3DSes were on 11.2 A9LH.

I'm trying to find out who got banned on what I designated as day 1, which was Monday night, right after weekly maintenance. 8PM EST is usually when they go down for maintenance, I noticed the ban at around 10PM EST. I thought it was an isolated incident, the customer service rep probably thought so too and said it'd be temporary. Then Wednesday, shit hits the fan, I call Thursday morning, welp, ban's permanent.

To those who said "Yes," please post the date before you were banned and when you were banned. If you were banned before Friday or hadn't turned your system on before Friday, please don't vote. I am looking for people who weren't banned on Friday, but were then banned after Friday

OK, double checked, 2 consoles still NOT banned. My luck.
Both have CFW, B9S with Luma 7.1 and RedNAND, using FBI even in the night the day bofore installing DLC.
A lot of HB CIAs, SpotPass on, Friend List title showing on, Activity Log not cleaned. The worse thing was that, wifi was always on, and I did see in the friend list showing I was using FBI with the icon and title name.
Crossing region games "Luigi's Mansion 2 (TWN)" and "Mario Kart 7 (TWN)" played a lot a week ago online with my friends. Console one is pure US, the other one js JPN changed to US.
I do ask my two friends who played "Luigi's Mansion 2 (TWN)" together, the two are NOT banned as well.
Other games are not playing online, esp, Pokemon.
I do think the banwave is for some special titles, not for all yet. But it is needed to turn off all the settings for secure.

Both of my 2ds are stll not banned. Both have fbi and freeshop installed and I deactivated sending information to nintendo since Friday.

both are good currently, used FBI recently to back-up saves, still not banned yet

I haven't been banned yet. N3DSXL on 11.2U EmuNand, had MenuHax + GateWait and Luma v7.0.1 , both share features on.
