  • Moved files to ur0:tai, can run without memory card on original Vitas now
  • If molecularShell is removed manually, will not attempt to reinstall by default

Now we can sell our official vita memory cards, use the internal memory for henkaku, and then a usb stick for everything else (Sounds Good, if I didn't have both memory card and usb stick, I would be annoyed, having to remove and plug in the usb stick for vita shell to identify it)

Go to Henkaku's Webpage as normal, then run the offline installer and then were up to date, with the offline installer, or should we uninstall that first.

Yes, I always keep it off. Run henkaku offline.
I'll try it now

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Works fine. Lastest henkaku installed then put into airplane mode. Had 2 pop ups about no connection to psn. 2nd pop up said continue without psn and clicked yes and game booted up fine.

Ok, thank you. I will try putting airplane mode then. It's weird because some time ago this message didn't stay there forever.

r9 fixed a few issues people were having, like VPK installs failing, some plugin fixes (sometimes more than 2 plugins couldn't run at the same time, this should be fixed now) and the move of Henkaku settings to the official settings menu so you should at least, IMO, update to r10 to have those fixes. Other than that, this appears to just add support for using ur0 for Henkaku for fat Vita's and that's kinda it.

I almost died then; I forgot HENkaku makes the Vita says it's 3.61, so when HENkaku said "your vita is on 3.6.1 can't use it" I almost screamed.
Thankfully, I checked and it's fine.

Finally Updated!

I had Henkaku r8, and after powering on the pstv and going to browser then henkaku's webpage I got error c2-12828-1, so I closed the browser and tried a few times, then, after it the error message came up, I powered off the pstv from the "power" bubble option, then I powered on the device using the Power Button and went to brower and then henkaku r10 installed. Afterwards, I ran the "Offline Installer", and now when I go to e-mail after restart it says henkaku r10. I completely forgot the method I used to install henkaku in the first place and avoid error c2-12828-1 I figured the program would never be updated so there would be no need!

Un-Deleted ux0:tai/config.txt, since we don't need that path anymore ... ... ... ... had to add that file back since it has the adrenaline path for the game I'm using (the config.txt that is natively installed with r10 needs editing, otherwise it does check for values in this file location)

updated thanks. just a passive idea, see how "tema v1.2" (for themes on vita), allows you to back up the live area (app.db). So maybe we could hold down a button when we install henkaku to restore our app.db for the live area or backup the file......(maybe something also that creates bubbles if it detects something installed in the apps folder, installation crashes don't happen often where bubbles are deleted or the database becomes corrupted) (prime suspect for that would be retroarch's iffy nightly builds with varying quality, second to that, one or so games that check the reported firmware version if your connected online)

(first thing I'm gona done once I get finished adding more ps1 games, is edit the config.txt file in the new patch so I can delete the file in uxo: tai/config.txt, after I add the line in the config for auto over clock for the amp. plugin)
