is there a way to boot homebrew on startup?, like GodMode9 does.

You can either get a .firm of the payload you want or just install the HBL cia and run that. Just don't mention menuhax here lol

Sighax doesn't change the fact that the 3DS's operating system isn't running when you first turn the console on (neither does A9LH). In A9LH/B9S you're in a primitive environment where not everything has been set up yet, and the HBL relies on the official Nintendo OS to be running in the background. The closest you can come to this is replacing the home menu with a homebrew one that can auto-boot some title after the OS is up and running.
