One question.

Is there a reason why other entry points are not supported anymore? (Might be that giving them support is too much work?)

For f*ck sake can we just keep A9HL and B9S ? It can't be dofficult since B9S is simply a "fork" (kinda) of A9LH with just some more early boot sh*t that 99,99% of users don't even bother.

This is really annnoying when you go to the so calling "permanent and time proof" solution just to be slapped with "we don't support this anymore, be happy to be f*cked".

And in some month we will see a new "permanent" solution again probably...

Luma is being done for free who are we to complain cause they want to just support the latest it is their choice I'm sure it's open source so if you want it to support more then fork it and add it back in

Luma is being done for free
And ? it's not because it's free (that's the bare minimum for a CFW based on other FREE solutions) that's it's ok with everything.
A9LH is still and will still be a completely valid solution so there is NO reason to ditch it. i can perfectly understand for NDS profil entrypoint (for example) since it's basically work only for 4.x firmware but not for A9LH since the whole purpose of this entrypoint is to work with ANY firmware and since B9S is based on A9HL the amount of "work" to keep both working must be minimal.

And for the record I will gladly support and promote any fork that will keep A9LH !!

It's their decision to support an entry point or not!
And why not swap to b9s? It's the future because it can be installed to every device out there even if 11.5 or other updates are released so more and more device will be on it. Also the update just takes less then 10min to be done so this is no problem.

B9S is for NEW users, ppl that don't ALREADY hack O3DS/2DS/N3DS, that's cool for them really BUT as a uses with an already and 100% valid solution (like many many many users), there is zero interest in migrating (and potentially bricking) to B9S while it's perfectly possible, as long term solution, to stay on A9LH and still benefit from CFW updates without any problems.

I don't see why Luma cannot keep both entrypoints while it's the win-win solution in 100% of cases. i do not think only about myself but also for all users who didn't even hacked their 3DS themself and only know how to use it and update Luma (through updater) and system, those ppl will definitly be f*cked without ANY valid reason !!

given the ease of upgrading from a9lh to boot9strap, there's also no reason to keep it around. less entry points to keep around means less code to maintain, especially if devs don't like to work with them.

Good luck with the reboot/firmlaunch patch and with making a proper arm11 binary with a9lh.

Or you could just update. It takes literally less than 5 minutes to update from A9LH to B9S and there are no actual bricks caused by this update. The only person holding you back is yourself.

No one ever said a9lh was time proof or future proof. We've known about sighax for a while now, it was only a matter of time before it was used.

People won't update just to be rebels without a cause.
I won't update till at least bootanim9 gets updated for b9s but preferably I would like both bootanim9 and 3dsafe to be ported into b9s. It's not because I'm being a rebel or anything just that the 2 coolest things to come out of a9lh are not available yet. Right now there's no real reason to update other than for luma support but that's not the only cfw that's out there. I just want my bootanim9 and 3dsafe QQ.

Is there a reason you actually need 3dsafe? In most cases it's just unnecessary. Also bootctr9 can do animations on the top screen better than bootanim9. Bootanim9 is essentially a dead project until someone picks up the source code left by wolfvak (which was only posted in the bootanim9 thread this past week).
