If you have installed games, copy your Nintendo 3DS folder to your computer and delete it from your SD card. Put it back after dumping your NAND backup and copying it to your computer/cloud storage. Homebrew isn't very big so unless you're only a few megabytes short then deleting homebrew stuff won't make any difference.
Would you be able to tell me how many MB the backup takes? If not, I understand!

Hey guys, I was just wondering if it were safe to factory reset an O3ds with SigHax?
I am planning on selling it and just wanna know how to wipe my data from it without bricking or whatever.

You can factory reset it by going to the system settings and selecting format or something like that but sighax will not uninstall hope this helps

So it seems like the previous owner of my 3DS probably installed a custom font which may have messed up the games' text, is there any way to revert back to the stock font? Someone in my thread suggested disassembling the menu but I don't really get it. Thanks in advance!

Already go it fixed!

I'm planning to update my SD Card on my 3DS to a 32/64GB one, will i lose my CFW? If yes, is there a something i can do to keep the CFW on the new card? I don't really want to go through the process of installing it again.. :(
(IF the process somehow involves Emunands and stuff i won't really understand it because i don't know too much about those kinds of stuff :P)

As long as you don't have an emunand you can just copy all the files from the old one to the new one.

So i apparently landed here with my last question regarding switching from A9LH to B9S :D
Thanks for everyones help so far though. I have one last question left before i will try switching to B9S with keeping my Luma & Gateway Emunand Setup. I will first use plailects guide (https://3ds.guide/updating-to-boot9strap) and then Temtress Cerise´s Tutorial for the Gateway part (http://gbatemp.net/threads/tutorial-using-luma3ds-gateway-on-b9s.431691/)

So here is my question:
I have Hourglass 9 from plailects guide for A9LH & Luma (it was in october or november last year).
I really do not know if this is installed permantly. Can this in any way be harmful when using plailects guide for switching from A9LH to B9S ? Do i have to "remove" Hourglass 9 and if yes, how would i do it ?

Just delete the bin file from luma/payloads. It isn't installed, and the file will no longer work when you are on b9s. You will use GodMode9 instead, as a firm file rather than a bin file (bin files are for a9lh).

Thanks Quantumcat :) So now i can switch o B9S without any concerns thanks to this forums. Now team gateway needs to move their lazy a**es and bring us the promised 11.3+ support.
Maybe they just waited for this banwave to happen because they had found someting in 11.3+ regarding banning/reporting to nintendo. Anyway it is too long ago they wanted to deliver...
Happy weekend to all of us, cheers
