I spend 389 dollars for my Switch which included breath of the wild. It's cool to have a awsome new system but what's the point if the wifi detector on it sucks. My room is about 15 ft. From the router and I'm in 2 or 1 bars. WTF?! I even tried taking my switch to my brothers room where the routers is located and I still get 1 bar or 2 if I'm lucky. What kind of company releases a system of this generation that has very low signal no matter how close you are to your modem!? I think Nintendo has to make some sort of accessory that can enhance its wifi capabilities because this is unacceptable!

It can also be the difference between 5ghz and 2.4ghz. 5ghz is faster, but has fairly weak signal strength compared to 2.4ghz. The signal can be weakened easier by walls and distance. So depending on which you use and if there are any objects or walls between you and the router could cause lower bars
