Same thing happened to me your good to continue just make a backup after , boot9strap is safe if you already done hacking it just download back your game set up your 3ds and you should be good to go!
I don't have anything coming up. It says sys 11.3 but I don't have FBI or luma updater
I was able to get godmode9 running, but with FBI.3dsx it says I don't have a back donor kernelMaybe godmode9 but luma im sure you can boot it if you did setup boot9strap correctly , boot9strap is written on the system nand so formatting sd wont erase hack but surely delete all installed data on the sd , even dsiware stay since they on system memory .
You just need to get homebrew launcher working get fbi.3dsx and put it on 3ds folder then get and put fbi.cia on cias folder and open fbi on HBL and then install the cias version finally reinstall all your data and lumaupdater back and you should be ok!
Edit : you need to setup all folder back first and download homebrew launcher setup it then do step above!
Redit: of course godmode9 wont work you need to create on root of sd files named luma and inside it create and file named payloads then get godmode9.firm and put it inside payloads folder sorry i forgot that
Did you boot into luma config after sd was formatted , it is supposed to happen since luma.config was erased ??
it did. I set it back up. This is what it showed when I tried to run FBI.3dsx
Hmm seem you need to install is back into health and safety apps refer to 3ds.guide the part you need is injecting fbi into h&s apps and follow the rest until you install the cia version then you should be good
What options would I need to select on luma configure? I removed the config.bin so I get do the configuration again. As far as I remember, I had show NAND user string in system settings
lol Kay it worked. I was able to install the luma and FBI CIA files booted back into luma options and unchecked the setting. I really appreciate your help. Thank you so much for giving me your time to help me fix this
Add the same problem as you lost all seem the only thing i cant do is inject gba save snes gbc and gb....
No i got them all i cant install my save data back i tried even made a post but no one helped...so im stuck and need to redo 32 completed game save...well i got nothing else to do so it is a win/win situation XD
Ooh okay I feel you there. I had probably a good library full of games and all of my saves are now gone be because my micro sd needed formatting before use. I was actually very thankful I was able to go from a9lh to b9s before it did that crap. But it did go out as I was trying to safely update from 11.3 to 11.4 with boot9strap and luma
Plus with it always asking for updates and not being able to use poke bank is driving me nuts. I'm glad I have hard copies for sun and moon because I used Jksm to port my saves to the digital copies I downloaded from freeshop so I can keep my r4 card with me instead of switching games out all the time
