Not as far as I can tell. Make sure you meet all the requirements, like Python 3.4 and Pillow installed.

If you open their arc from the game you'll see models with increasing index. Just add a new one.

They're arc.LHs in the SpriteTex folder.

LH can be decompressed with https://github.com/Treeki/RandomStuff

You place the sprite, a controller, and there's a message ID nybble. The messages are in a file in NewerRes. An editor existed for them once.
