What types of social media do you use?

I don't consider IMs or forums as social media, so I will say just Facebook.
I've been using less and less YouTube every moth. I watch 2-5 videos a day now. Hopefully I will stop supporting this awful company altogether one day.

Not sure exactly what are the criteria for something to be counted as social media.
I use facebook almost exclusively for the chat feature, never browse it.
Steam if that counts, but I don't use it a lot though I'm always logged in.
Skype occasionally for video chat.
Discord occasionally.
And lastly IRC (if that even counts)

FB closed groups only, occasionally. Cannot be arsed with anything else, as they're all shit and truth be told, i'd rather go back to a time without social media, as it causes more harm than good.

I would consider communities where users get together to "socialize", talk about their topics of interest and, well, just keep in contact somehow social media.
Under my own definition Forums and BBSes are the most pure form of social media.

I used BBS in the 80's, newsgroups in the 90's, etc, and general forums like this now. However, my own definition of Social Media goes back to when, say "Myspace and "FB" were invented and smartphones also.

I have Facebook, but I'm there once every two months, tops. I also have Twitter which I think is great and I check it almost every day, don't tweet anything myself though but found a couple of interesting people I follow... Used to follow Wired and Lifehacker, but those dumb MF'ers started sending out the same tweets three times a day, seems to be pretty common thing and I'll unfollow right away, I guess they get a few extra clicks to their articles from people that way, but so annoying.

emm , i only sometimes look up twitter, i follow many jap. artists and i sometimes save the drawing of their pictures they upload.
other than that, i sometimes use skype (if this counts as s.media).

It depends, what defines social media?
As I said before, from my point of view BBSes and forums are the most pure form of social media.
I see that forums, specially gbatemp, provides:Merriam-Webster dictionary said:
- Forms of electronic communication.
- Allows to share information, ideas, personal messages, and other content such as videos.
- It is in fact an online community, and sure you can see the many minitribes that populate the place.
