Mario & Luigi Superstar Saga on my [emoji14]

Nice, I've been busy buying the actual hard copies of games I'm running out of money for a decent new flash cart. Really hoping for a X3 low profile with no RTC and a cheaper price tag, $75 or less will do.

Judging from the pictures in this thread, you guys are the reason I can't find decently priced or cheap AGS-101 or Micro anywhere, and have to do with my AGS-001. :P

Right now I'm not playing anything actively (Fire emblem on hold), but was just thinking if I should start something on gba or Gamecube since nothing feels interesting on Steam right now.

Been playing a lot of MK Tournament Edition over the past week. One of my favourite versions of MK. It's got the feel of the OG 2D games but with better one player AI balance. :)

FFTA & Metroid fusion for the 99999th time, also discovered the Crayon Shin Chan games for gba, great platformers with really cool graphics and controls.

Mario & Luigi SSS on my GBA with ags101 mod

Looks like a pretty easy mod to do...I'm old school and remember installing afterburner kits in those...not fun. Post a picture of the system if you can, would love to see it. I'm still playing Summon Night SS, just ordered the sequel for $3.50 from china. I'm waiting on a better flash cart, all mine are old atm and don't work past XP. Though I am interested in the Flasher from Benn Venn, said to work on these cheap import carts. Will have to give it a go.

Bottom right corner with AGS 101 mod and EZ-FLASH IV with 2.01
BTW: is it just me or the battery life is much better with AGS 101 comparing it to the original?

I noticed that too, I have been playing for a week and a half with the GBA after AGS101 mod packed with normal Duracells and today the battery led is oscillating between red and green.

Ahh I knew I wasn't being crazy. I have noticed that as well. I would assume that they conceived these screens with backlight power in mind for SPs. So they probably made it saving energy at any cost. Or maybe they simply are well optimised.
