Hi everybody, just new here.

Nuvee's patches look awesome, but does anyone know how to create a ppf file from the files provided in the link above? I only see few .txt files there and ppf-o-matic does not accept them...

Any help will be much appreciated!!

Thanks!!!

Sorry for bumping this, but seriously interested in how this works, downloaded the files but they're just a bunch of src folders and files, how do I compile them? Been googling all night with no luck :/

Would appreciate help in getting these patches, also curious about how to use those flash removal (cheats? patches?)

Hopefully with permission we can get the compiled patches uploaded somewhere like romhacking.net for example.

Let me know if you figure it out. I'm asking around and trying to figure things out myself without much luck right now

Been trying again today installing various programs to try compile it, I have no idea what I'm doing though lol.
Seems as if I found a link that has the compiled PPF files. They can be found in a Sendspace link at the bottom of this forum thread:

My antivirus was maybe detecting false positives, so be warned in case yours acts up too. I’d like to have learned myself how to compile them, but at least I have the files now :)

Thanks! Sadly turns out that the patches aren't that good, at least judging from lethal enforcers. The aim would constantly be off in random directions no matter how many times I calibrated it, switching to pointblank and that works flawlessly so nothing weird with my setup otherwise.

Appreciate the testing. I don't have any guns for my PlayStation, but after installing a modchip I wanted to see what was out there. I'll have to try for myself whenever I'm able to get some GunCons

Thanks for the link! I'm setting up my modded ps1 and TV and I was searching how to use/compile these patches too.

I wouldn't blame the patch just yet. Game Sack did a video on 32-Bit Light Gun Games and they complained about poor accuracy in Lethal Enforcers 1 and 2 with the Justifier gun. They noted that the gun worked fine in other games and that Konami must just be crap at programming light gun games. See the video below, starting at 27:31 and watch for 1 minute. They cover the issue with both games.

Game Sack Video

EDIT: Another opinion - Read the opening about Gameplay and the Overall bit at the end.
