Ok,but I have a question does sighax allows the use of Blocked R4 Flashcards ???
it isnt a CFW it's an exploit , an entrypoint for CFW like A9LH , nothings changed in that regard. if luma did it before it'll still do it or wtf CFW you choose to use as they all migrate to SigHax.
You can backup your tickets And preform a CTR transfer then reinstall your tickets but remember backup your saves
if they dont want 11.4 (o3DS user likely wanting to retain HBLauncher payloads) and 11.3 had the Slowdown on some games Bug. so if one hasto have a reason to stay on a lower firmware, 11.2 is better than 11.3 for that reason,
if teh op has an N3DS then yea theres no Reason to stay on a lower firmware (we have a HBLauncher payload for 11.4, NTR Streaming's been fixed, no Slowdown bug.)
That is because there is no answer to downgrading there. It's linked because certain users do not know what Sighax/Boot9strap is.
Downgrading firmware has nothing to do with these these new exploit releases.
But you can use https://adrifcastr.github.io/3Down/ to downgrade 11.4 - <11.x but there is no reason to downgrade, unless you still want GW 11.2 Emunand access.
