How do I go about doing this? I've done a decent amount of searching off-site, but the most I can find is formatting via tiny format, which has to be a super outdated method by this point.
Both systems are up to date, with Luma and A9LH. In case you're wondering, I'll be selling the original 3ds to a friend, and I want him to have his own NNID. ^^;
