I want to play a snes rom hack on my 3DS (it's a mario RPG hack) but Mario RPG don't work with the SNES injection Rom, you need to use retroarch. I saw on some websites that it is possible to create a .cia file who is just like a VC game (same banner, the game load like a VC but with the RetroArch menu ect). I want to do that with my rom but I can't found any guide.
