What's one of the cheapest "good" gaming configs you can get nowadays? I do not plan to play too many heavy games like The Witcher III or GTA V. I'd like something pausible for "casual" games or something like that.
I'd say 1.5k in BRL. I'm searching for a cheap computer overall. I just want to play some casual games like The Sims and etc on a nice graphics/framerate,What is your budget?
are you willing to build it, or do you want a pre-build? Also, another question if pre-build. Are you looking for a desktop or a laptop?I'd say 1.5k in BRL. I'm searching for a cheap computer overall. I just want to play some casual games like The Sims and etc on a nice graphics/framerate,

This is honestly a great PC for medium gaming for a good price
Only thing is that exceeds the 1.5kBRL by just a bit. It's around 1,557BRL if I'm correct
You can run a lot of games with it, only upgrade you would need to do later is the HDD to SSD and 8gb more of RAMThanks!
I would recommend a pentium 4650 but that would require for the op to update the bios which might be a hassel but same performance for half the price. Nice build all around. This https://pcpartpicker.com/list/PD3LBP

And maybe change the CPU fan
Eh, leave him with the I3, since if he picks the Pentium, it can also be a hassle on certain games. Source? I have heard that the pentium kabby lake is actually really good and have seen many benchmarks but for cpu intensive games I'd recommend a better i3 or an i5.Eh, leave him with the I3, since if he picks the Pentium, it can also be a hassle on certain games. Good pc but too bad he can't get quad core, even if the dual core i3 handles games well. This https://pcpartpicker.com/list/PD3LBP

Dual Core is not as bad as you thinkGood pc but too bad he can't get quad core, even if the dual core i3 handles games well.
There's another way to get maybe quad core at reasonable price and the answer can be ryzen r3, only problem is you have to wait for the announcement by amd.
