I have "perfect vision" as far as I know. When the optician checked my sight for the driving license training, I went on and on and on in the test, sometimes he made comments like "at this level you're able to pilot a fighter jet", and then we went on and on still, and eventually he gave up. There was no reason to continue.

I think it sucks, because I love glasses. Visually I find it attractive.
Sometimes I borrow reading glasses from my parents and it feels so nice to read with the enlarged text. I mean: I don't have any problem reading small text, but it's a lot nicer to read larger text.

I'm nearsighted, and have been for most of my life. Started out at around -1.75 and I am now at around -4.75, maybe worse as I haven't been to an optician in a while.

When I was in the university, my eyesight went slightly bad perhaps because of the absence of video games, I had to wear glasses. When I got back to videogaming, my eyesight went back to its perfect self. I discovered that there was a study that videogames can improve your eyesight. So keep on playing guys.

I barely remember not wearing glasses either. My Rx is something like -4.75, with an extra -2.00 cylinder for astigmatism. But I've got MS, so when I was about 16, I guess it did some neurological damage that made it difficult for my eyes to turn in and focus properly up close. So in high school I was rocking a bifocal. I've had a bit of damage in my left eye from MS related optic neuritis. I've got an extra blind spot, but it's not really big enough to perceive. Because I have trouble seeing in low light, I stopped driving after dark.

I'm supposed to wear glasses to correct my near sighted-ness, no idea the exact numbers. I do know that one of my eyes is considerably worse then the other, but I mean, I can see everything I need to see just fine, so I don't wear glasses. (That, and the Frames I picked when I was a pre-teen are ugly, and also very bent)

I just been playing offline, and they give you a few bots here n there on your team to help battle. I don't think it's as funny as the other games tho, more battle oriented than humor, which kinda sucks, but I'm still early in it
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@BigOnYa, doesnt the game have a campaign mode?
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Yea, and co-op, but you can also start a pvp session and battle just with friends. You get special skill cards (powers) the more you play. And higher value cards, but you can only enable so many cards at a time.
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
If you can find enough for it
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Toilet paper is considered the money, you collect and buy stuff with TP, kinda funny. Graphics are def better than the other games tho, I think they used Unity 5 engine.

I bet most people at the time still watched it in black and white
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@Xdqwerty, Many of them did before colour television was common.
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
Likely because black and white TV was in-expensive.

  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
It certainly wasn't inexpensive it cost the same as a new car back then
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
How much did a 1965 color TV cost?

For example, a 21-inch (diagonal) GE color television in 1965 had an advertised price of $499, which is equal to $4,724 in today's dollars, according to the federal government's inflation calculator.

  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@K3Nv2, take into consideration how economy was back then
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
Yeah that's why they listed inflation rates
