Backup your emunand first
Follow 3ds.guide, restore your emunand backup as sysnans restore.

Now, when I try to install on my nes 3ds xl firm2, they say that payload_stage1.bin is missing. Where can I find it ?

EDIT2 : same. What can I do to make payload_stage1.bin compatible ?
Edit3 : I found release.7z and it work

I installed it and It work ! The gba work and all the games but I can't go to the eshop. How can I fix that ?

Did you follow the Move emuNAND section? What error do you get?

Rxtools is currently a dead cfw on 11.3 and 11.4 (except the new one being worked on by different devs) and menuhax is a outdated entrypoint.You may want to consider switching to a9lh so you only have to inject gba games to one NAND,which will save you space.You can also just use the latest version of luma with menuhax but menuhax has a pretty bad bootrate.Injecting FBI to the h&s app is quite simple with godmode9 if that is your issue
