Starting with SRW OG The Moon Dwellers, All SRW games after it so far have/will include eng subs.
The same applies to Gundam Breaker series.
You have to make sure to get the Asian version though as it is the version that includes it.
I had hope that one game whatever it was called Super robot wars OG endless frontier i think, Was hoping they made a collection for 3DS along with the sequel that still never got translated to NDS, perfect time to get a combination or collection pack going on.

I didn't know they made an MSU cart for the Genesis.... I knew about the SNES one and the library for that is rather large but the Genesis one has very few games+1 -

An FPGA could probably replicate the chip's functionality without buying donor parts.+1
