It's Sound/stream, not sound/stream. The folder structure HAS to be precise otherwise it won't work.
I still can't get it to work. I have Luma 7.0.4, game patching enabled, and I have the files in the right folders. I'm on 11.3 too. I am using the default physical cartridge with the amiibo update installed on my 3DS.

The 11pm soundtrack seems to be playing at a very low volume for me... haven't tested any other music besides the title screen and the Town Hall, but they played at regular levels.
Do you plan on making a Wii/DS version too? I gotta admit, I love the GCN soundtrack, but it feels so unnatural hearing it in New Leaf. When I tried making a City Folk soundtrack, it felt so much better, its just I could never get the looping to work correctly :/

11pm itself is a low volume track but i can raise up the volume level for it if you want me to. In the near future I might create a pack and put it here. Just that it takes a lot of work getting every single available track and converting it (assuming smashcustommusic doesn't have it already). Also looping is pretty easy for me since I've been making loops for my own use for awhile. Only track that gave me an issue is able sisters otherwise anything can be changed. The main issue with making sound packs is there is that small chance you can't get all the BGMs or no clean rips of tracks. I will try something in the future to revise this sound pack and possibly make more if there is demand on it.Very nice
