What does it do ?
This program is intended to help you download games from NUS and install them on your Wii U. It's a bit like NUS Grabber except that it does not rely on any external tool, almost everything has been reprogrammed from scratch with ease of use in mind.
It comes with full DLC, VC (those require signature patching) and Updates support, and file hashing to ensure your downloads are always perfect
The application is also compatible with Cemu, and will allow to play WiiU games directly on your computer!
I've seen a lot of guides which tell you to manually unpack the content to use it with CEMU but you'd be better off using the play button which will take care of everything in just one single click!
Updates and DLC will be applied automatically so long as you have downloaded them!
You can easily manage your library of games, and copy them to your SD in one click !
Tutorial
Check out this awesome guide made by @Chrscool8 which will help you understand how to use the application to install games on your Wii U !
Where can I get it ?
This application comes with a little installer which will always keep it updated.
If you want to support me without spending a dime plese use and share this link (ad supported).
Once installed, you can launch the app from the icon created on your desktop.
Donors will be able to get rid of the donation popup and will also be thanked with exclusive Dark Red,Dark Green,Silver,Desert and Light Grey themes!
Note : If you want to share the app that's awesome. But if you do so, please use the link above and include the url to this post so people can stay tuned
Does it run on Linux/OSX ?
Although not officially supported, user @opendata has been able to execute the app successfuly on linux :
Some games, like CoD are not available on NUS, and won't show up in the app, it's perfectly normal. To install eShop-only games and DLC, you will have to input the address to that site. The archive is mainly intended for legit titles.
DO NOT ASK FOR THE ADDRESS TO THAT SITE, IT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE APP.
Why are some games available on that site but not on the app?
If the titles you are referring to are available on the eShop, then please allow some time for them to show up in the app. In fact, the application needs to cache a lot of data to provide you with banners, covers, descriptions... If one game has not been analysed by the app before being added to the site, it will not show up until its data has been collected, which can take up to 24 hours.
Why are the sizes displayed in the app bigger than the ones reported by Windows?
Without getting into too much details there are two ways display sizes.
Either you decide to group bytes (the smallest group) by packets of 1024 bytes, 2^10 (1 KiB), or 1000 bytes, 10^2(1 KB).
Windows actually uses packets of 1024 bytes but mistakenly uses the KB unit, instead of the KiB unit.
My app reports sizes as true kilo bytes.
Why is that ? That's because it's the unit storage manufacturers use too (because it allows them to print bigger numbers) so it makes calculations easier. One big advantage is that if your SD card has a size of 8GB and the app displays a game at 7.8GB then you know it will fit just fine without having to check to size reported by Windows (provided there is enough space left of course). If you were using KiB (like Windows) then your SD card would only appear to have 7.45 GiB (reported as GB by Windows) of storage available. Of course that's doesn't change the amount of space available, just your perception of it.
How do I install downloaded games ?
I recommend that you use this tool. Just use the app to copy the games to you SD card and then launch the tool to install
Always prefer using the app's feature to copy games rather than copying them manually because it will check the integrity of the files before copying them to the SD.
What tool can I use to transfer games via the network?
Yes. To do so, please go to the "Batch Commands" tab at the bottom of the main window and select "Import Games". You will be asked to select the root folder containing the games you wish to import. Please note the application will only check the first sub-folders of this path.
Example:
->GAMES/(The folder you specify in the app)
---->Game1/
---->Game2/
If (Game1) and (Game2) contain at least 'title.tmd' then they will show up in the list.
It is possible that they won't show up if you already have downloaded the games, even partially, with the app. Finally, the games must be of the same region as the app.
Please also note that importing a game will MOVE the folder.
That's all you need to know
Troubleshooting
Here are the most common issues you can encounter and how to solve them.
I have installed my own version of CEMU but it keeps getting replaced
Go to "Emu. settings" and uncheck "Automatically update CEMU".
When unpacking a game, the windows appears to freeze
Depending on the title, the extraction process can be quite lengthy. This is a normal behavior, please allow some time for it to complete.
"The method is not implemented"
Most likely you have specified a wrong ticket archive. Just delete %localappdata%/Hikari06 and start the app again.
Updater.exe crashes on start.
This happens if you have installed the app in a location which requires admin permissions (like Program Files) and your OS won't allow the updater to spawn an elevated process. Just install the app in a neutral location such as your personal folder and off you go!
HTTP 404 not found
Most likely the eShop in under maintenance. Please try again later.
I've just downloaded a game and it does not appear in the "Downloaded" section.
Sometimes the list may not update instantly. You can still copy or play it with the app, it just won't be sorted in the proper category right away. Restarting the app will solve the issue.
Special thanks
Thanks to all the testers who helped me make the app a bit more stable !
Thanks to @cearp, @DanTheMan827 ,@crediar ,@FoxMcloud5655 for their respective work which made this possible !
How can I get the source code ?
Versions up to 0.6.1.57 of the application were using libWiiSharp, a GPLv3 library.
Consequently, to comply with the terms of the GPLv3, the source code of v0.6.1.57 is available so long as you contact me and ask for it.
I'll do my best to fulfill your request as soon as possible.
Only inquiries sent to this address will be answered.

Umm dunno whether this has been asked before but as a long time user (before you implemented 3DS as well as it seems now) how do I get the 3DS games to show up in the tool?
Also there's only two features missing for me that are keeping the tool from being perfect:
a button which checks for all already downloaded games whether DLCs and (and that's the most important part) the newest update has been downloaded as well
a region priority system
So what do I mean by region priority system?
As a EUR guy of course I want all games in EUR in the first place.
If they are not available in EUR for any reason I would download the USA version instead.
And only if there's no EUR and USA version (like for Dragon Quest X for example) I'd take the JAP version.
Of course that would require that different region games would be linked so the tool would need to know that
Super Mario 3D World [EUR]
Super Mario 3D World [US]
Super Mario 3D World [JPN]
is the same game actually.
Also there should be a button or a check on every tool launch if a game I have downloaded as USA version only is now available as EUR version as someone provided it to that key site.
I would put in my prio once (EUR prio 1, US prio 2, JPN prio 3) and the tool would do the magic at every start.
I don't see you doing this soon (or ever?) as it's some work but just wanted to tell you that it would be a nice feature.
Keep up the good work. Love that donator's green dark theme.
I'm having loads if issues simply trying to get dotnet45 to install via winetricks. It gives me stuff like "mono is not currently installed" and other misc. errors. I'm going to keep messing with it but it's a huge pain in the ass.
EDIT: I seem to get this issue now: "Cannot continue. The application is improperly formatted. Contact the application vendor for assistance."
My sincerest thanks for Child of Light, Axiom Verge, Mutant Muds (both), Dr. Luigi, Pandora's Tower, Earthbound Beginnings, Pikmin 3 DLC, Pikmin shorts, Runbow DLC, Axiom Verge, Hyrule Historia, The Binding of Issac: Rebirth, Mario lost levels, Mario seven star saga, Startropics, Sin and Punishment (N64), along with updates for said games.
I believe I speak on the behalf of everyone when I say you saved me a lot of time and money, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Honestly I'll just pretend this was an apology from Nintendo for the NES Classic and My Nintendo flops.
So I opened the Pikmin 3 DLC with WUP Y, says it installed to flashdrive (128 GB with at least 90 GB empty), but then I go in data management and can't find it in USB or console. I boot up P3 to find no DLC.
a button which checks for all already downloaded games whether DLCs and (and that's the most important part) the newest update has been downloaded as well
In the list, 3DS have red boxes, Wii U have blue. Already up-to-date updates/dlc show in green. Newer ones show in orange. That's not a pop-up or a button, but you should be able to tell what needs updating at a glance.

FINALLY fixed everything, everything works, very satisfied indeed.
Also got Animal Crossing Wild World, F-Zero, F-Zero X, Mega Man and Bass, Mario Kart 64, Metroid, Metroid Fusion, Pokemon Snap, Super Mario Kart, Super Metroid, Super Street Fight 2 New Challengers, Zelda Phantom Hourglass, Fast Racing Neo + DLC, Don't Starve Giant Edition, Gunman Clive HD collection, and Severed.
Linux is not officially supported but it should still work.
Make sure you are using .net through wine, not mono.
At first sight it looks like a RAM issue to me. How much do you have?
Have you tried this?

First of all, my respects. This tool is the closest to perfection.
I don't know if I should ask this here but here it goes:
If I want to try a game that is not on the Wii U USB Helper list, and without using CFW, what can I do? I mean, can I download it from other site and add the ticket file or additional files? Or there's no way to do it without CFW? I have Game discs on my own, but also I don't have other Game discs on my hands right now. This is for Brazilian Method to be stored in External HDD.
(I'm sorry if I have gramatical errors, english is not my first language).
Gracias mis panas.

If the game wasn't released on disc, you'll need CFW whether it's in Wii U USB Helper or not.
The Brazilian Method refers to using the title's disc ticket, which works on all consoles, instead of needing a console-specific ticket. Installing a title with a fake ticket using WupInstaller under CFW is not really the Brazilian Method.
You should rip your own disc, but if that's not possible, then you'll have to obtain the installation files elsewhere. Usually, when someone uploads a game sourced from disc, they'll include the ticket, and the upload will be labeled as USB Ready. Those games do not require CFW.
You should expect that if you can find eShop games that aren't in Wii U USB Helper, those games will be repacks of Loadiine-format rips. They'll run (with CFW), but they might not be perfect copies of the titles. I suppose that's better than not finding the game at all though.
So far, I have been successful in downloading (game + update + dlc), installing and running all the games included on the Wii U USB Helper program (at least those I have downloaded), but I do have some questions regarding some things.
To start, I used MattKimura's guide to mod my Wii U (thanks MattKimura if you are reading this post for whatever reason). I am currently running on Haxchi (not CBHC) and using WUP Installer GX2 to install my games, updates and dlc's. I am currently using a 32GB SD card, my Wii U has 32GB's of space and my external has 290GB's of space (they are currently down to 5GB's and 40GB's thanks to the awesome program by Hikari06). While everything is running smoothly, so far, I was wondering if anyone would be kind enough to help me with some questions.
First, while my 32GB SD hard has more than enough space for about 99% of the games found on the program, there is one game in particular that I may have trouble with (some of you may already know what game I am referring to). Xenoblade Chronicles X requires a total space of ~32 GB's (game + updates + dlc's). I can only use 29.7GB's from my 32GB SD card so there's no way I can transfer Xenoblade Chronicles X all at once. My question is, without having to buy a bigger SD card (as it appears 32GB's is sufficient with the exception of this one situation), can I install Xenoblade Chronicles X in parts without experiencing any issues? For example, can I install the game (22GB's) first, then delete the game off my SD card to make room and then install the remaining updates and dlc's (11GB's) later? If so, will this cause any issues for my Wii U? Will I be able to play the game and it's dlc's like normal?
Second, I think I read somewhere on this thread, or perhaps it was a different thread, that any game with dlc's must remain on the external drive and that they shouldn't be moved to the Wii U drive. Can anyone confirm/clarify this? I may have misread this somewhere.
Last, while I understand that I can download and install any Wii U VC and eShop games using this program (I already have some installed and running perfectly), can I also download and install any 3DS games not on the VC or eShop? I noticed that this program gives you the option of inputting both Wii U and 3DS title keys, so I was wondering if I can get games from the 3DS portion of the program and then install them onto my Wii U and run them without any issues. For example, The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages is not available on the Wii U VC or eShop, but it is available on the 3DS portion of the program. Can anyone confirm if this is possible?
I know that this is a long post and it is a lot to read. I've been going page by page through this thread to search for any answers so that I didn't have to make such a long post. So far I'm only at page 40/112 so I have quite a ways to go. I figured I would just make a post now to see if anyone can help while I continue to read through each post to look for answers and if these have already been answered, I apologize in advance for the redundancy. I only modded my Wii U about a week ago so I'm a bit new to the scene so any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance and special thanks to Hikari06 for an awesome job.
