FreeShop uses proper title keys when installing, this means the eShop application sees the games as being properly installed, and will correctly install updates for games from your own region. There's not much to explain.
So, if I can reach that speed, what is causing me to reach just 150 kbps? Any ideias?
Too many devices connected to your router. Crappy router. Bad internet connection. Interference. Could be a number of things.
Strange... the router seems to work just fine because my pc can rech 3mb/s easy. But I may try to change to a new one that my ISP provided.

Actually, I once managed to reach around 1.8-1.9 MB/s with my 100 Mbps router. (100 Mbps = 12.5 MB/s = 11.9 MiB/s)
