Got it working, but I'm stuck at this step of reinjecting FBI, once in GodMode:

"Press (A) on the .app file, then select “NCCH image options”, then select “Inject to H&S”"

When I press A on the .app file, the only options I get are "Show in Hexeditor" and "Calculate SHA-256", there is no "NCCH image options" choice

Make sure you're using the latest release of GodMode9, as it has received numerous feature updates recently.

About your Sd issue:
Get a cheap 4GB SD and put all files needed to boot luma on it so the buyer can boot into the system with A9LH

That was the issue, update GM9 and the option is there now. No matter, I'd already reinjected FBI using Decrypt9.
