Just wait the rain stops or use Config.cia to change the hours time. Route 17 is the only one that can be rnged with rain. I'll add it ti the table soon
I thought config.cia was like in system setting that would mess up daily events in the games?
I know the existence of that leaked application from that certified-only developers/testers.

Yes it works with 11.4 if you have most up to date versions of Luma and BootNTRSelector.
it's my first time trying this. but after loading boot ntr selector, and running my pokemon game. I can't seem to see anything. am I suppose to press any button to activate? lol

This is a pretty vague issue, so please answer the following questions:
1) What Pokemon version are you trying to use this with?
2) Is your 3ds firmware on 11.4?
3) Are you on o3ds or n3ds?
4) Do you have bootNTRSelector, bootNTRSelector-Mode3, or both?
5) When was the last time you updated ntr? (not the selector, but the actual cfw)
6) What Luma version are you on?
7) When you load your Pokemon game, do you see a green flash on your screen?
8) Where is the plugin located on your SD card?
9) What have you done to try and solve the issue so far?
Please answer all of these so that proper help can be given. Thank you!
Just RNG'd a Shiny Litten on the first try while choosing starter on my bought digital copy of Pokemon Moon, took a while to pull it off, but don't want to wait a million years to rng one with perfect ivs. :B
Hey that is really detailed response. I actually got it working last night. The problem was that i choose the version 3.2 NTR which doesn't work. When I used 3.4 it worked after.
