Homebrew is there a way to use save files from PC GBA emulator on 3ds gba emulator?

It should work. Make a cia with simple GBA converter. If it can run on a GBA it will run on 3ds VC.

Heres a link to a zip I made of the footer, banner and cia generator I use. Make sure on the footer generator you set ghosting to 0 and brightness up. The modded footer maker allows you to have better quality .cia than the ones nintendo makes with these features

nope still nothing, only black screen even with this converter
as i said, I guess it's because they are hacked rom

That's really weird, it should work unless the rom doesn't work on actual GBA hardware.

well, the rom worked on gba emulator of my DSTwo
maybe that could help (I don't own it anymore)

Did you get the save type from the rom? Pokemon games tend to be eeprom and that might be causing the issue if you didnt.

No, it'S Flash(5112kbit)

When making the footer it gives a bunch of options. I usually choose load data from rom. One of those is save type, and Pokemon uses a less common save type.
