I mean, the fact your repo went for 5 months without an update just goes to show that if OP changes the cache, he has to be careful who he goes with as the new maintainer, because the last thing he wants is a 5 month old cache ;)

In regards to the "official" cache repo, while only TheCruel's account has access to it (The hell is up with nobody saying his name? Grow up, people), anyone with a private key tied to that account can still push. My guess is the new maintainer got his private key added to Cruel's account, or has one of Cruel's private keys on the server that's doing the cache rebuilds, as it's been updated multiple times since Cruel left.
We dont say his name now because it triggers a few delicate flowers. We must preserve those toilet paper flowers, man. Nature preservation, maaaan.

Why would I update it if nobody wasn't using it? All you have to do is tag a release and travis will build the cache, it's not like you need to "maintain" it, just tag a new release when a game comes out. Proof of that is the latest release, which has the updated cache.

That's why I said I can just give someone access to tagging the releases, really simple.

Edit: Just to add, I wasn't aware it was being maintained. If it's being maintained, it doesn't need to be updated, duh.

is there a reason why i have way lower download speeds here than on the old freeshoop? (O3DS). 400-450KBS vs 200-270KBS at best :/

good job anyway, i really like being able to see the free space on the app directly.

If I go to Filter, Platform, and scroll down to the bottom I can see "Software Update" twice.
Why is that?

Also, when I updated to freeshop 3.0, the changelog went out of the window's bounds.

Probably ass internet + the wifi chips on the old 3ds are pretty shitty. Somewhere around 500 kb/s while n3ds is something around 1.5 mb if your internet is around that or more.

I could ve wrong since i havent looked at this in a while.

Hey, I'm sorry in advance for the mad skillz phitoshep, but here's the small UI idea I have:

Move the bars to the top-left free space near the icons on the bottom screen, also make the tap on it duplicate the "installed games" tab (or don't, idk. I think it'll help avoid confusion).
Smth like this:

Look at the poll on the top, we have made our decisions on what we're are going to do with the storage meters.

The general status of the 3DS (including the available space) will be moved to a new tab on the bottom screen, as a new icon.

I know that, but I think that it's more practical from UX standpoint to have the bars visible constantly instead of going to a separate tab, so you can instantly see how much space you freed up after deleting the game, and if you have enough space to install a new one.

Yeah, it's not that hard to press a button

Bars are useless and cluttery in that position. We just need numbers in that position. We don't even really need the TWL number there.
