I guess someone will make a save editor since manipulating things is very easy.

As a starter you will need known values or compare for/after new item/weapon pickup to receive unknowns.

Cheat Engine, File 1 > File 2 > File 3...

You could also cheat via DLC to get items easy, but both is limited and amend each other.

Ex. for unclaimed (each DLC can only claimed once per gamestart) DLC (gift_setting.xml)

SW_0041 > Auto-Resuscitator +
SW_0001 > Frag Grenade
WG1_0001 > EZ Katze II Ausf. G
and so on...

I already have my own godlike weapons so... I am now looking for extraordinary ones, like the ones we are never be able to use but NPC can, like Knuckle that Sakamotos using? Or Pistol? Kinda hoping for those, but if not possible, oh well.

Glad to see the DLC cheat being mentioned here (GBATemp). I meticulously compiled each ids with their corresponding items and I updated the list. Now with Resources (On High, General L, General S, Field), Citizens and Key items.

While you can get NPC items (see list for Beatrice's ID and start from there) unfortunately you can't wear them. But who knows I didnt tested it extensively. Try it yourself and report back if other NPC weapon IDs works.

Hidden resources:

Freedom_Wars_DLC_Cheat_Method___Shungite.jpg

Shungite: This resource can increase a weapon rarity level. Ineffective if the Weapon’s rarity is already at level 8.

Resourcefulness Reward: Awarded for clearing up waste material that does not meet the Panopticon’s strict regulations on productive substances. Can be obtained normally.

Hidden accessories (Preview):
  • Simple Framed Glasses
  • Furphones
  • Earpiece
Download:

This here XML is the updated list. I also included all the DLC folders that you can use. Please note that some DLCs are not appearing from the Accessory claim reward menu.
  • Dummy DLC Folders - If you need fodders please use this. DLCs missing from the Claim Reward (Accessory) menu: Facility (A, B, C), Change Home Panopticon Form, Signs and Symbols Pack 30, 31, 32, 35, Sign and Symbols Pack 24, 27, 28, 29, Signs and Symbols Pack 1
  • gift_setting.xml - Includes everything from items, weapons to styles like costumes, accessories, etc.

Let's kouken and don't eat too much pure will'o or you'll get a bad stomach.

Wow dangit there is someone who actually did this, good job!
So you already found the weapon that Beatrice use but can't wear it? Too bad! :(
But, well, maybe there is still possibility, hopefully, I can see someone here can use the weapons that NPC use, especially that Knuckle series!

Glad someone managrd to crack the checksum. Been doing that in a while now to no success. Both method can compliment each other so this is nice.

Sorry for the resu but an update on the method of equipping NPC weapons.

These IDs have been availabe since the first time I discover the DLC method.

To equip NPC weapons you have to upgrade or modify it using the “weapons facility”. For instance upgrade a weapon, once done you will be asked if you want to equip it. Choose yes. Save the loadout to avoid repeating the same process again. Please note that upgrading is the safest method compared to modifying.

Bad news is that there are some weapons that bugs out when equipped. If the mission takes too long to load then simply equip another weapon.

I'll keep looking for more ids like Npc costumes, etc.

Not really save editing more like modding the gamedata. So I found a way to modify a certain file that the game use. It can do:
  • Health
    • Heath bar for sinner/android
    • Regeneration standing/crouch for sinner/android
  • Resuscitable
    • Time to be resurrected for normal op and pvp
    • Android resurrection time (set to 9999 and can be set to 0 so accessory can revived on her/him self.
  • Walk and jump speed
    • Everything is in here, walk, run and jump. There is also wall cling jump distance and also vertical. Citizen transport ealk and run speed.
  • Parts severe
    • Cutoff damage (too OP)
    • Cuttoff add max
    • Cutoff body damage rate
  • Weapons
    • Greatsword/sword/lance charge time for level 2 and level 3
  • Ibara or Thorne
    • Recovery (infinite charge)
    • Bind time for human, abductors and objects
    • Dive attack normal op and pvp (this is the rate of how many ubara are used while diving)
  • Resurrection
  • Field
    • Bullet small/large and subweapon appearance time (set to zero and items on field will appear instantly when you take them)
  • Accessory reputation level
  • Pvp
    • Battle win, human kill, carry complete, android kill, human rescue, no death (basically this determines the GDPP you get for clearing each task)
All in this file and there are more. This can be used for online co-op and pvp too.

I'm just putting this here and since it can be used for pvp too I won't release it. Maybe someone will but hopefully not and this can destroy the pvp even if there are less rooms nowadays. The walk/run speed when used on pvp enables you to teleport and be invisible on your opponent's view.

Maybe this can help you. While this is not the cheat I mentioned above, this NPC mod can help you claim unlimited number of resources. Usefull for crafting late bloomer weapons.

https://twitter.com/deadchannel_/status/863157368351215616

Features:
  • Simeon's Rank 1 weapons - This will help you craft that perfect late bloomer weapons.
  • Combat items
    • Munitions
      • Grenades
      • Mines
      • BENKEIs
      • Tools
    • Medical Supplies
      • Kits
      • Buffers
      • Distractors
      • Packs
      • Thrusterboards
  • Resources - Used for crafting weapons and augments. Some resouces adds elements and modules to a weapon.
    • On High
    • General L
    • General S

  • Key Items
    • Ice Cream Coupons - No more digging around the Cell Garden.
