Have you tried Golden Sun? It's usually recommended, but haven't played it yet
im playing now
You shoud try Mario Kart Super Circuit, Golden Sun and Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories
EDIT: And if you can emulate the motion controls you should try Wario Ware Twisted! (USA only) and Yoshi's Universal Gravitation
im getting actual carts btw have them.

hm. i suppose both.
For GBA = Gekido Advance Kintaro's Revenge, Mario vs. Donkey Kong, Metal Slug Advance, Repro of english translated Mother 3 v1.2, Star Wars episode 3 Revenge of the Sith,
TMNT, F-Zero Maximum Velocity, Mario Pinball Land.

For GB/C = Batman The Animated Series, Avenging Spirit, Donkey Kong, DuckTales, Bonk's Adventure/Revenge, Looney Tunes, Pokemon Trading Card Game, Survival Kids,
Tiny Toon Adventures 2 Montana's Movie Madness, Who Framed Roger Rabbit, Yu-Gi-Oh Dark Duel Stories.

I tried to stay away from main stream games for the most part since i figured you either already have them, or other people would recommend them. Also i don't know how much these cost so take that into consideration.

Most of the good ones have been said already, darn! Only other ones i can think of off the top my head are Lunar Legend and the Shining Soul games.

Here are some more "recommendations" for more obscure games
- some of these are actually quite fun, some I have only tested for an half an hour or so, but they at least seem interesting or somehow wacky, or maybe tech demos.

Check them out, if any of them is worthy for your collection:

Blizzard Classics - Blackthorne, Rock'n Roll Racing, The Lost Vikings... the first is very similar to old Prince of Persia, quite cruel too with the checkpoints.
Broken Sword: Shadow of Templars - Probably would want to play this point'n click with some other hardware, but nice to see this genre on GBA Too
Denki Blocks - simple idea puzzle, combine same color pieces by moving them together
Driv3r - Just for the tech demo aspect. Very nice 3d engine for GBA
Gem Smashers - breakout/arkanoid type of game, but you control the ball, not the paddle
Guru logi champ - JAP only, but as a puzzle game easy to play the original
Mech Platoon - RTS on a GBA? Weird
Mazes of Fate - repeats itself quite fast, and could use more puzzles, but old type of first person dungeon crawler.
Motoracer Advance - Probably the best and slickest mode7 game on GBA. One of the best racers on GBA I've played, but where's the music?
Super Monkey Ball Jr - Doesn't really differ much from it's older brothers.

Also, there is physical version of the homebrew QWAK if i'm not incorrect.

Gambia, The
I can highly reconmend "Sword of Mana" (a cool remake of GB classics "Mystic Quest") and both "Golden Sun" RPGs!

What kind of games do you like? The castlevania series are great and I'm totally hooked on gadget racers. I've beat that game so many times. Final fantasy 1&2 dawn of souls is great. There is a stickie thread of essential games somewhere.

The castlevania games are definitely worth playing IMO.

SylverReZ @ SylverReZ: Also nice. Never really watched Fallout on Prime, but sounds like a good show.
