i already figured out what the problem was. now i just need to figure out how to configure a xbox one controller to it with a usb. it doesn't seem to recognize the controller and trying to play luigi's mansion with a wiimote and nunchuck is like trying to play a game with motion sensitive left and right triggers (the left and right triggers in luigi's mansion by default are the nunchuck tilted left and right since it has no actual L & R triggers.)

You need an adapter that converts Xinput to HID.

I'm using Nintendont on Wii U with the official GameCube controller adapter. Games launch fine but I'm not getting rumble on my GC controller. Am I missing a setting or something?

Edit: It's working fine now in Luigi's Mansion. Strangely it hasn't worked in SSBM but I'll try again.

Edit 2: I had rumble turned off in the game -_-

Installed latest version on my Wii but it won't read games on either a hdd or USB. I use Nintendo to through home brew channel if that makes a difference

How is your drive partitioned and how do you have the games copied onto it? The proper method for both is in the OP.

ok something is obviously wrong when i try to use codes that i have converted to be used in some of the gamecube games and even the ones i can get from gecko on usbloader don't seem to want to work even though i have everything set up correctly and on the latest version of Nintendont. my set up currently is this: all the things needed to run usbloader, nintendont, ectra on my SD card while the games are on a USB. now i have tried having both the code and txt files in proper folders on the USB Side along with the games but that didn't work either even though i set the Path for codes to load to those folders.i tried it in reverse where everything was on the SD card and all the paths were set to the right paths but still no luck.i made sure the "cheats" option in nintendont was set to on and from usb loader have the Enable ocarina to on as well still no luck.am i missing something here? i don't know why it won't work even though i have the codes and settings all set up in the right order.

Thanks for replying. On the SD card i have it in a 'games' folder, 'mario' and the iso is called 'game.iso'

I've updated nintendon't as well. When I open nintendon't its the build from feb 5 2017.

On the right hand side of the screen it says boot GC disc in drive [disc01] but when I press it says could not be initialised.

Im sure im missing something simple but not sure what

You missed how it's partitioned? Is it FAT32, exFAT, etc? Is it MBR or GPT? "Boot disc in drive" is for real discs, not ISOs.

Is the Ipega pg-9023 Bluetooth controller compatible with Nintendont or is there anyways to make it compatible?
I mounted my Wii U gamepad to it perfectly so if I could get it to control the game that'd be super awesome =).

any bt controller that isnt a nintendo official would need its own bt controller stack so yeah while its possible, no one would probably take the time to code an enterely new bt stack.
