Isnt it more of a hardware issue that is in a small number of Switch consoles?
you sure about that? it should ask you if you want to start the game insteadI clicked Zelda and suddenly I was forced to update. It was done in less than 2 seconds. It literally went updating!. Done... System restart...
There's a chance it ask me when I was tapping A but I didn't notice it. I don't mind updating I was just mentioning it took seconds to do so.you sure about that? it should ask you if you want to start the game instead

I didn't take a screenshot.it does for me
I didn't take a screenshot.
But it only gave me two options: update or cancel. No option to go into the game.
The system will prompt to update but you have the option to skip the installation and launch a game in the nag screen. It seems to me people are button mashing at boot and clicking the install option then blaming the Nintendo ninjas in the night.
1.0 doesn't even have webkit, and since the webkit exploit is what everyone is freaking out about being patched in 2.1, I'd say it's best to stay on 2.0. If you are on 1.0 you will be updated to 2.1.0 so it's too late for you anyway. But wait. What do modders/hackers/coders (call them how you want) say about this. Do they think its better to stay on 2.0 or maybe even 1.0 or we should update?
Edit: I am talking homebrew, not piracy
