How did you apply it on the cards?
I printed a sheet of 8 cards on white card stick, then I used strips of packing tape to "laminate" the cards. Then I cut them to the basic shape of the PVC card and used a glue stick to glue them on. Once the glue dried, I used a razor to trim to edges to be flush with the PVC card. The razor was the crucial step that gave me those perfect rounded corners. I turned the card facedown and held the razor to the edge of the card as I traced around it.

They turned out pretty good and I enjoy using a stack of cards rather than the actual Amiibos, which I just keep on the shelf. I was trying to stick to a budget, but if I spent the money to laminate each sheet of 8 instead of using packing tape, they would have looked a little nicer.

Edit: Here are some examples of the PVC cards I made using the larger, CompC images, after reducing their sizes.

I've made my collection from the Amiibo images I found here:

Again, I wish I saw your images first, since your images are designed for the credit card sized Ntags. I had to reduce the size of all of mine, which slightly distorts the pictures. Thanks again!

If anyone is interested in making business card format versions of these, here's my sheets. Avery makes packs of sheets that have 10 business cards per page, I got mine at the local Staples. They also sell a 25 pack of lamination pouches in business card size. It came out to 15 or so dollars for 9 sheets and the lamination pouches. My plan is to print two per card and sandwich the NTAG in between, then laminate. I have not yet printed these specific sheets but I did some test printing of different cards using the same dimensions and I can tell you that depending on your printer you may run into some alignment issues. I used regular printer paper until I found the right offsets to get the images to line up on the cards. We're only talking about a couple of pixels in each direction. Once I get these new sheets printed and laminated I'll throw up an example pic.

What's the shipping time from that site for the 4 euro shipping? Cause for me it's around 10 euros for 10 cards. and wondering wether to get 10 cards for half the price at aliexpress or that site for faster(?) shipping.
I live in Ontario. I ordered stickers from them on the 17th of march and they arrived yesterday the 28th, with the 2.50 pound shipping charge (Royal Mail non tracked). The cards I ordered on the 21st of march, and still haven't received them. I'll let you know when I do.

Ah, ok. So it's around 10 days ish. Way better than aliexpress's 18-32 days for 4 bucks hehe. Cause since i have to import them from UK to Norway, then i'm paying 4 quid. Which isn't that bad. It's basically ebay shipping, but half the price for the cards. Gonna order 10 now myself.

It is just to use this method right? Got a S7 edge, so got the NFC device covered. Cause i also ordered the wrong kind of cards for 10 quid which was 5x 216 cards, which i may not be able to cancel, so i will make access cards out of them for direct wifi access and such.

Hey, I got this exact same business card sheet from Avery for using up my last NTAG215's I had laying around and also had alignment issues where the bottom of one face would overlap into the top of the next. How did printing on regular paper help, did you just overlay it on the business card paper to check? Also the smallest adjustment in the Avery app is too much in either direction when I tried, are you using the Avery app or one of their templates? If the templates, which one?

Also, as a tip, before you laminate them run a black sharpie around the edges to color in the white paper for nicer looking edges.

So you just print them, cut them out and fold them around the card and tape them? Or what was the applying idea here?

I used Photoshop to nudge the image around till I got it as exact as possible and checked using regular paper.

The sheets come pre-scored so all you have to do is bend them and they break apart with smooth edges. I print two cards per amiibo, one with the front image and one with the back image. Put the NTAG sticker in between and then laminate. Just make sure to use a program like Photoshop or GIMP to nudge the images one or two pixels at a time to get the alignment dialed in. For my printer I had to move the images 6 pixels to the left and one down on the paper to account for the minimum border for the printer. If your printer can do borderless then you probably don't have to do this but most printers you can't print an 8.5x11 image onto a sheet of paper at 100% scale because of the minimum border size of the printer.

It may also be possible to crop it to the exact size of the images then center print it but I didn't try that. The Avery template is an 8.5x11 image with boxes where the cards are supposed to be.

Here's the ones I did tonight.

I am using similar business cards and did a set today just to see how they turn out. I am using the Avery program Design&Print to place the cards on it since it allows for mm adjustments in the program to align the sheet. I have mine aligned correctly but as you can see some were not as my printer decided to take the pages in crooked. After seeing them I know now I should have made the entire border of the card and I need to choose a different gradient on the card. I am also not liking how the cards thickness is not allowing for a perfect lamination. They have to go though the laminator for each edge to get a better seal so that means 4 times though the laminator. I may try plain paper and just cut it and see if it laminates better that way. http://imgur.com/a/kvWb3

Oh nice! But only the link worked. the other 2 images were corrupted.

Btw, can you share the file you use to allign? Then i can just use photoshop and overlap the original cards with the ones i plan to use :) (and yep, printer supports borderless)

I made these for myself, figured I would share. Posting them in a separate thread for clarity. These are sized for the PVC cards. (credit card size - 85.5mm x 54mm). The files are 300 dpi with a 50mm bleed on each side.

For my playing card sized versions see this post

Please do not sell these. For personal use only!

Breath of the Wild Amiibo Cards

Zelda 30th Anniversary Amiibo Cards

Zelda 30th Anniversary (Unreleased) Amiibo Cards

Twilight Princess Amiibo Cards

Smash Series Amiibo Cards

How should we print these? Whenever i save them or copy them, the picture size is way bigger than the credit card size.
I figured I needed to resize the photos but I cannot figure out what size i need to resize them too!
Please help me out, I am wasting so much paper and ink! lol
