Did you make a NAND backup when you were on 11.2 or less? If not, you can't downgrade.

You'll have to wait until there's an exploit on 11.3. There might never be one, so you'll be better off selling your console and buying another in a lower firmware. If you have data you want to keep, then buy the new console first, install a9lh on it, transfer to it, then sell the old one.

I have an old backup from my 3DS when it was on version 9.8
Now my 3DS is on 11.3 without A9LH or CFW.
Can I put my old backup back using a Hardmod?

You can restore your previous backups with hard mod, even on 11.3.
11.3 simply blocked previous NATIVE_FIRM from working on 11.3, it can not block NANDs from being restored.

Yes you can restore it using a hardmod or DSiWare hax (you'll need a second console with CFW or to have already bought one of the primary DSiWare hax games).

would someone please explain what to do from now with my 3DS??
I mean I'm new in all of 3DS hacks, so my old 3DS is on 11.3.0.36E, so, as I've noticed, I can't hack it yet, I'll have to wait for an exploit to be released, Am I wrong?
The one thing 've done on my 3DS is doing the soundhax, CHMM2 and GBA emulator, just those things. So my real question is: on a future, How to install 3dS games and put them on the home menu (I think that's with FBI, which cannot be installed on 11.3), too, how to hack the 3DS on the best way, (i Have more than a physical game, so safehax won't be a problem) just tell me the easiest and working method, (all of this, of course, when an exploit for 11.3 has already been launched), how to downgrade, and how to install game withs CIAs, in the home menu too, aaand very important, what to do to avoid problems in future 3DS updates, so ,how to install a9lh or whatever that is, how to get free badges and install them, and free themes and customized badges and themes.
I really would thank those people who might help me and they do!!!

So I really suggest studying up on it.
You can use FBI to install CIAs. You can also use freeShop to install tickets
CFWs once installed aim to be future-proof by using FIRM0/1 protection. You can actually read more about CFW features and details on my sticky
As for free themes. I can't suggest any pirated themes because that would be against the rules. But I can suggest legal and free themes from this site

You can buy a DS flashcart for DS games, and for 3DS games either sell your console and buy another on lower firmware (best option) or buy a Sky3DS (expensive and has many limitations).

Nobody knows when or even if you'll be able to install CFW on 11.3. You could wait months or years, and maybe never get CFW ever. Or you could just do something about it now and enjoy it right now (sell your system and buy another).

Yes but check it is compatible with the latest version before you buy it.

You will need either:

Cubic Ninja, and to find the old guide where it explains how to install a9lh on 2.2.0-0 or less using Cubic Ninja.

Or, a game that will update you to 4.x plus a DS flashcart. Then you can follow https://3ds.guide as written (there is a section for 4.x with no browser).
