As far as I know, pretty sure there isn't any kind of patch for Luma for something like this.
I had a dog chew up one of my favorite cartridges, so I went to Mega Replay and bought a bunch of horrible $3 cartridges. I broke a few getting them to open cleanly, and I managed to get a few apart cleanly. A bit of rubbing alcohol and elbow grease got the stickers off, the guts of the chewed cart went into one, and I made a dummy cart out of the other. Mostly, the dummy cart is in there. Hiding the icon would be very convenient, changing the blank icon would even be cool if possible.
