Guardians don't drop those and treasure chests don't magically become unopened again, but any weapons you find laying around respawn after a while.

if you found it in the world or drop from a monster then you can get more (most of the time after a blood moon)

but shrine chests do not respwan there items

sometimes it might be good to mark the map(with the weapon/bow/shield icon) if you found a weapon/bow/shield you like

Nothing new. The chest and s few respawnable weapons are all that are save.

Yup, I noticed the same thing, kind of annoying actually. Didn't lose anything important though. Especially since it only seems to happen with items I drop, the items laying around bokoblin camps and other places stay there...

The animal despawning isn't an issue, in my opinion if you can't get a shot in 10-15 seconds you lose, basically. I haven't come across the item despawning, but I don't drop my weapons that often.

At the first of the game the animal despawn sucked so bad but now I'm far into the game a good bow drops them in one shot.

I was really pissed when a bear I was trying to ride vanished now I just shoot anything that moves rather than trying to ride it.

The Zora blacksmith tells me one of the spears is still in this world and so he won't replace it. Problem is I have no idea where it is. I must have dropped it not realizing it was special, most likely to change to a stronger attack weapon.

Feels like a needle in a haystack to bother trying to locate it again.

If you're talking about the Ceremonial Trident, I'd say you never found it. Talking to some people around Zora's domain may give you a hint at where to find it.

Dropped my Savage Lynel Spear started spinning [With Royal Claymore]. It despawned when i turned my camera away.

talk to zora peeps they'll tell u where. the real hint is once you turn on magnet rune everything underwater shows up like sonar and lights up

The ceremonial Trident kinda sucks but is needed for a shrine quest. Its easy to find just listen to what the quest giver says.
