This looks cool, is there a way to save the games to a thumbdrive or external HD? I ask cause I don't have a SD card big enough to put the games on

Unfortunately not, not at the moment. At least not to install from. You can use Loadiine with FAT32 support but it still suffers from slow load times. You can put the games onto SD Card one at a time if you need to.

Hi, sorry if this has been asked before, but I can't find and answer. How do I repack an unpacked game? The tool will unpack pretty easily, but I can't figure out how to repack. Thanks!

Oh, would that explain why wupinstaller won't install the repacked game for me then? If so, how would I repack with Helper?
Since Helper doesn't repack titles, you're better off asking for help in a thread related to repacks. You do have to be running some sort of signature patching though, so if you aren't, that's one of the reasons your repack won't install. My point was that you can't unpack/repack and expect to have the same thing you started with.

Is there any way to download just updates or dlc for games and convert just the updates and dlc into loadiine format for CEMU?

There are games I already have, but they are not the most updated versions or don't have the dlc. I was able to download the dlc and updates without the game, but they don't appear in the "downloaded" section to be able to select them to export as loadiine format. The updates and dlc does appear in the DATA directory.

EDIT: NVM, I guess if you right click the game in the not currently downloaded list and select export to loadiine, it gives the option.

Can I use a game's title key dumped from a physical disc after using tik2sd with this software?
Yes, if it's the same titleID. But if you see the game in the list, and it's not marked as CFW Only, then the program already has access to the valid ticket. Your ticket would match that one. If you have the ticket for something that is currently CFW Only, please submit the ticket to the title keys site. (We'd be interested to know what game that would be, since we thought we'd seen all the US disc tickets)

Note that there are some disc-only games, so if you're wondering why you don't see your disc game in the list, and it's not a very recent game, that's probably why.

Ah, okay. I only recently tested Sonic and All-Stars Racing Transformed once by dumping the exact ticket from the disc.

I'm glad I came across som'in more user friendly, but also cleaner and well put together. So, I do have a question:
I've been out of the loop for a year and started back into this mess. I've successfully figured out CFW stuff and even got a couple of my old titles installed via tiks. So my question is this: I've noticed some titles being labled "CFW Only" and was wondering if I'm still able to install them the usual method I've been goofing with (CFW - install with WUP Mod Y) without the need of a tik?

How come we can't install directly to a HDD is this something to do with the encryption of the HDD after it's formatted for the Wii? I only have a 16gb sd card spare at the moment... Is there any games i wouldn't fit on the SD card for the transfer?

does crash on linux with mono runtime and wine!

other tools to download the games..

speaking of VPS so no way for Windows..

Kindly SinonX3

Just so you know, I managed to get this running in wine in Ubuntu on my NAS.

I had to install .net 4.5 (I think, check the first post) using winetricks.

I also had some issues with the locale, if you search for posts by me in this thread, you will see how I fixed this issue.

Just to add, I had to reinstall everything again about a week ago, so this defo still works on the most recent version of the app.

Thanks,
Ben

@Maximumbeans, Indeed. I've been working on getting this Infecutus chip to work on my PS2. But after soldering, I realised that a plastic piece was missing from the power ribbon cable to the power and eject buttons.
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
Now I could go with soldering the contacts from the cable to the connector on the mobo, but doesn't sound like a good permanent solution.

Man, that's beyond my brain  I'm no good with hardware for now. I'd like to get into hardmods in future though
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@Maximumbeans, Maybe start practice soldering. Get a cheap-ass soldering iron and follow some good YouTube tutorials.

Least my experience has gotten better than over a decade ago. My iron would constantly bump into components and break them.

Sounds good. I actually did soldering but like 16 years ago for school so uuuuh probably rusty haha
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@Maximumbeans, Same here. I did soldering at school from a teacher who I honestly liked since he had plenty of good electronics experience.
